Beach Palace Family Resort & Spa Cancun

The hotel's location on the most beautiful beach is unbeatable. The staff was amazing and attentive, providing great service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the delicious food and snacks at the pool area.

Nice entertainment and shows at night. Kids enjoyed the playroom and pool. Great family Deluxe suites. Small but clean and pretty lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the fitness class with Luis. Good food, awesome staff, fantastic price, and nice room. a good experience.

The customer service at this resort was excellent. The staff were great too make me feel welcome and ensure that my needs were met. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The location of the resort was also great. It was conveniently located near key attractions and had easy access to the beach. I also enjoyed the variety of activities offered by the entertainment team. From yoga to volleyball, there was always something fun to do.

There were some aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the food at the restaurants was disappointing.

Our 12 night stay at Beach Palace was incredible. It was perfection on all counts - staff were constantly smiling and helpful, our spacious bedroom was always cleaned and the jacuzzi was a treat. The food was very varied and tasty, with Bocelli being a favorite restaurant. The pool activities and nightly entertainment were super. The clean and luxurious beach and pool added to the overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the spacious family Deluxe suites and clean lobby. Staff was attentive and friendly, especially Luis Ruiz who made working out fun. Location is perfect near mall, restaurants, clubs, and bars. Views from balcony were amazing. Good food, top shelf liquor, and fully stocked mini bar. Perfect for families with children, thanks to nice staff and great activities.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to a shopping mall and there are inclusive activities in the Cancun area. The rooms have spacious balconies with a great view of the ocean. The staff provides excellent service, especially at the pool area and breakfast restaurant. The hotel is kept clean and the beach and pools are beautiful.

The buffet had limited choices and often ran out of food items. Some drinks were not up to par and the in-room hard alcohol tasted watered-down.

Good , Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. the exclusive amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and barbeque grills, all catered to our leisurely needs. the massage and beauty treatment we received at the Spa & wellness centre were top, notch, and the Turkish bath and Spa lounge provided a serene sanctuary. the location advantages of this venue, namely the scenic garden area and beach access, were absolute highlights.

Bad , the only minor negative aspect was the slow service at the poolside snack bar. Despite this, the restaurant food, buffet breakfast and pool with view made up for it.

We had an amazing time at the Palace resort in Cancun. The entertainment staff, like Jose Luis, made our stay lovely with fun activities like paddle board yoga and pool aerobics. The food was delicious, especially the omelettes made by Gabriela. The staff were friendly, fast, and made us feel at home. We enjoyed the pools and the beach, and our kids had a blast with the slide and playroom. The rooms were cleaned daily and the overall service was excellent. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience. we had a fantastic time and would love to go back to the Palace resort.

I was actually surprised by the warm welcome I received upon arriving at Beach Palace. The staff at this resort made me feel like family, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The pristine beach and well-maintained hotel added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed my mornings on the spacious balcony, savoring a cup of coffee while taking in the fine ocean view. The cocktails, expertly prepared by Bernardo and Miguel, were a highlight of my poolside relaxation. The attentive service at Tequila restaurant, especially from Janett, left a lasting impression. The personalized care provided by Gabriella, who delivered our eggs to our table every morning, made me feel special. The farewell from Juan Carlos, Ernesto, Magali, Andres, and Janett was a nice touch, made me feel appreciated. The dining experiences at the Wok restaurant and the Italian restaurant, guided by talented chefs like Rufino and Epistanio, were really good. the holistic massage at the Awe spa, courtesy of Victoria and Esmeralda, added an element of relaxation to my stay. All of these experiences combined to create a sense of being part of the Beach Palace family, leaving me eagerly anticipating my next visit.
